Who We Are
Sensory Kids offers Paediatric Occupational Therapy services to children based in Parkview, Johannesburg and the surrounding areas. Sensory Kids practice rooms are based on Tyrone Avenue, Parkview. Our rooms are also fully equipped to provide Sensory Integration therapy. We also work alongside other paediatric specialists at the centre; including Paediatric physiotherapists  and Speech Therapists.

Dedicated Therapy

We offer Occupational Therapy services for children from the age of 18 months to 12 years of age. We strongly believe in the benefits of early intervention and collaborating with parents, teachers and other significant role players in the child’s life. Our assessments aim to evaluate all areas of play, school performance and daily activities. Our therapy encompasses a holistic approach and is tailored to the specific needs of the child.

Meet Our Team
Tash Neves
Occupational Therapist
Natasha Neves graduated from the University of Cape Town (UCT) with a BSc. Occupational Therapy degree in 2013. She completed her community service at Rahima Moosa: Mother and Child hospital in 2014. Natasha had the opportunity to treat children of all ages with various diagnoses; Cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, Premature babies, Developmental delays, Autism etc.. Natasha then joined a paediatric private practice in 2015 where her passion for working with children with sensory integration difficulties was discovered. Natasha has experience working in mainstream school-based therapy as well as a special needs schools with children with Sensory Processing Disorders, Autism and other atypical neurological conditions. She then completed her Sensory Integration training through SAISI. Natasha has undergone further training to develop her skills and knowledge in other areas such as Neurodevelopmental techniques for children with cerebral palsy, Infant Sensory Integration and the DIR-Floortime Approach.
