Megan
Our youngest son (ironically nicknamed “Mouse”) is anything but quiet – amongst sensory regulation and integration challenges, he struggles with emotional regulation and social regulation. Meg has taken our “Squeaky Loud Mouse” and helped him to discover, and use, his inside, quieter voice. Meg has also helped him, through sensory integration and regulation, to no longer see the playground, jungle gym and swings as places of terror to to be avoided at all costs, but places of fun, where he can make, and play with, all the friends he deserves. She has assisted him (and us!) with toilet training terror, food aversions and that dreaded crayon/pencil grip by cleverly disguising therapy as fun. Meg is a treasure to our family!
